Special Order Policies

Unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon, special orders require full pre-payment.

Layaways

Layaway is available on most items over $100. Usual terms are 25% down with 25% due at 30, 60 and 90 days from layaway date.

Returns

Returns for full refund will only be given for coins or other numismatic materials returned in their original holders in an un-tampered condition.
For all others, they will be treated as new purchases by the store. Supplies and books are usually treated as regular merchandise returns.
All returns must occur within 15 days except for defective merchandise.  Shipping and handling is not usually refundable.
